Can't Log On To AE

It's 5:44a.m. and I'm not able to log on to AE. I think I might have been IP banned from the game/community because I reported a bunch of people who cheated. The thing is that the cheaters are paying the AE staff more money to play with multis.
I don't like it. The moment I report people for cheating, I end up not being able to log back on to the game. It's ridiculous.
I don't wnt to beb up this early, but I needed to log back on to do some fleet attack. Damn it.
